For Individual Leaders

For Internal HR/OD and Leadership Development Teams

Customized Internal Executive Coaching Programs such as Facilitated Feedback Coaching, Development Plan Training, Coaching Case Studies, and Supervised Executive Coaching assignments. We secure or arrange Executive Coaching assignments which we supervise to give your staff “real time” learning towards becoming Executive Coaches.

We offer Continuing Education Institutes and workshops including group supervision of internal executive coaches.

Professional Education for Executive Coaches

We offer Coaching Theory and Practice (CTP) in the Organization Change Management Program at the New School University’s Milano graduate school. We offer a Professional Coaching Program (PCP) through Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business Executive Education.

Both of these programs provide coaching assignments for each of the students enrolled. During the PCP Program students receive a three month coaching assignment as part of their training. PCP Students receive weekly individual supervision to integrate learning from this coaching practice experience as part of their professional coach training.

The PCP program is the only Coach training program in the US which offers the coaching case experience in which the faculty obtain real coaching cases for students.

The iCoach Programs place a strong emphasis on students finding and developing their own voices as coaches. The identification and creation of a personal coaching model is a key part of what each student learns.

In Spring 2006, the PCP Program was awarded continuing coaching educational approval from the International Coach Federation for 62 CCEs of Student Contact hours (SCHs).
