ROBERT J. LEE, PHD, is the Managing Director of iCoachNewYork. He practices as an executive coach in the New York area. He also teaches, writes and speaks on the topic of coaching. He is an adjunct professor in the management department at Baruch College, and is a senior fellow of the Zicklin Leadership Initiative. He is also on the adjunct faculty of the Milano Graduate School, New School University, and the faculty of the International Center for the Study of Coaching at Middlesex University, London.
From 1994 to 1997, Dr. Lee was president of the Center for Creative Leadership, the world's largest leadership development and research organization. For the prior 20 years he was with Lee Hecht Harrison, the global career services firm he founded. He is co-author of Discovering the Leader in You [Jossey-Bass, 2001] and Executive Coaching: A Guide for the HR Professional [Wiley/Pfeiffer, 2004]. He holds graduate degrees in I/O psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
MICHAEL H. FRISCH, PHD, a fellow of the Zicklin Leadership Initiative, is an executive coach and supervisor of coaches with more than 15 years of experience. He has coached managers and executives in a wide range of industries and is a frequent speaker on the topics of coaching history, internal coaching, and the variety of styles and approaches used by coaches.
Prior to starting his independent practice he was Director of Coaching Services for Personnel Decisions International's New York office. Earlier assignments included consulting on a wide range of human resource topics, and a position with Pepsico. Recent publications include a chapter on psychological assessment published by Jossey-Bass, and an article on "The emerging role of the internal coach" in the Consulting Psychology Journal. He received his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University and is a licensed psychologist in New York State.
KAREN L. METZGER, LCSW, is a fellow of the Zicklin Leadership Initiative and has had her own practice as an executive coach, management consultant and supervisor of coaches for more than 25 years. Her coaching practice ranges from high-potentials in leadership succession programs to senior-level executives at risk of derailing. Formerly a vice-president in the human resources department of Scudder Kemper Investments, and a professional staff member at National Career Service firms, she was a faculty member at the Hunter College School of Social Work. Since 1998 she has co-facilitated an executive coaching learning group previously a part of the International Association Of Career Management Professionals. She has an MSW degree from Columbia University and completed doctoral course work at the City University of New York.
JEREMY ROBINSON, MSW, MCC, is a fellow of the Zicklin Leadership Initiative and a well-known coach, trainer and supervisor of other executive coaches. He is Co-Creator and Co-Academic Director of the Wharton Executive Coaching Workshop at Aresty Institute at Wharton Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Since 1999 he has been the Dean of Executive Coach Academy. During the past 15 years he has specialized in using an Emotional Intelligence Behavioral model in working with pace-setting executives. He specializes in coaching African-American, Latino and LGBT executives towards increasing their organizational influence and visibility. He has presented on Executive Coaching to the American Psychological Association, the Executive Coaching Summit, the Minority Corporate Counsel Annual Conference, the International Coach Federation, and other organizations.
He is a co-author of the Coaching Development Assessment (CDA), a coaching self-development tool for Executive Coaches and Leaders. He has a certificate in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health, as well as graduate degrees in Social Work and English Literature/Creative Writing.
JUDY ROSEMARIN, MS, CSW, is a fellow at the Ziklin Management School at Baruch College and as an experienced executive coach for over 23 years has consulted to major corporations in the areas of Leadership Development, Feedback Coaching, and Communications and Influencing Coaching. She was the first New York Post’s “Careers Plus” weekly columnist for six years, where she wrote about career resilience and effective management. As a presenter, she has appeared on radio and television including “Jobline” “America’s Talking” “The Dolans”, the “Joan Hamburg Show,” “ CBS Early Show” and “Landedfm.com.”
Judy has been a faculty member of New York University’s School of Professional Studies’ Center for Career, Education and Life Planning and has trained and supervised other coaches. Judy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Photography and Journalism, a Masters degree in Counseling from Long Island University and a Masters degree in Social Work from Adelphi University.
MICHAEL VAN OUDTSHOORN, PHD, is an Organizational Psychologist with over thirty years experience in consulting, academic teaching and executive coaching. He has held academic posts at The California School of Professional Psychology, The Fielding Institute at Santa Barbara, and the Napier Business School in Edinburgh. He is currently visiting professor to the School of Lifelong Learning & Education at Middlesex University and Chair of the International Centre for the study of coaching based at Middlesex University.
CAROLINE HORNER, MBA, DProf is one of the founders of i-Coach Academy in London and is its current director. Caroline brings over 12 years international experience as a general manager, consultant, marketing director and change agent in the technology, telecommunications and financial services sectors. Much of her coaching experience has been working with those in transition, often leaders taking on more responsibility for delivering results through others or those managing significant change for their organization and/or themselves. Caroline is visiting faculty to the University of Stellenbosch Business School in the Republic of South Africa, and to Middlesex University School of Business in London.
