What we offer
iCoachNewYork offers a variety of coaching and coach training and we supervise new and seasoned coaches.
Professional Coaching Program (PCP)
Our PCP Certificate Course is a rigorous three month apprentice model of “learning by doing” coach training where participant students learn the process of coaching while actually coaching a real client that we provide for each student coach.
We know that no two coaches coach the same, so we encourage all of our students to learn how to discover their own voice, their own signature presence and come up with their own Personal Model of Coaching. This enables students to clearly articulate who they are as a coach and their particular approach to coaching.
We are the only program that also offers one on one case supervision for each student with each coaching case. We integrate theory and practice to enable each emerging coach to develop the confidence and competence to become an effective coach.

Executive Coaching
Our One on One Executive Coaching is offered to executives and leaders, who wish to develop their skills and capacity to do their jobs more effectively and increase their satisfaction while doing so.
Coach Supervising
Our Coach Supervising is a unique program that is offered to coaches who are new or seasoned who wish to develop and or deepen their capacity to deliver exceptional executive coaching. We meet with the coach and focus on key areas that each coach wants to develop. Coach supervision is totally confidential. This is especially important for internal coaches.
Internal Coach Development
Our Internal Coach Development programs are customized for your organization. We can help you develop the capacity of your Human Resources, Organizational Development and Learning & Development professionals to become empowered coaches and apply their skills in a range of internal coaching engagements, such as Transition Coaching, and in Feedback and Development Planning Coaching. Unlike external coaching, Internal Coaching has some special opportunities and challenges. We tailor our training to support you in capturing those opportunities and address the challenges so that your internal coaches can be maximally effective.
Testimonial:
"We were lucky to work with Mike Frisch and Judy Rosemarin (from iCoachNewYork) on a two-day workshop focused on Internal Coaching. From the initial planning stages to the end of the program, Mike and Judy were flexible and easy to work with - they really met us "where we were at" and designed a session that met our needs and accommodated the mix of Human Resource professionals in our group. Throughout the experience, Mike and Judy shared their coaching expertise and asked us great questions, which helped broaden our thinking. The two-day workshop helped us hone our skills as internal coaches; one of the best outcomes is that it gave our group a shared language and framework for our own coaching practice. Our organization has already started to benefit from our new coaching practice and we are excited to continue to implement our learnings. Thank you, iCoach!"
