What We Do


We provide a suite of services that serve the leadership development needs of organizations, both directly as external coaches and indirectly through your internal staff.

  1. We coach one of your leaders. Our work may involve helping a leader make a transition to the Executive Team, coaching a high potential, helping a leader grapple with a problem that is keeping him or her at a flat plateau.
  2. We coach several of your leaders. This is our unfair business advantage as a consulting team. We have five experienced Executive Coaches who combined have more than eighty years of experience coaching. When your organizations contracts to work with more than one of our coaches, your organization is continuing to get top-level consultation, not a junior fill-in.
  3. We train your Internal Staff to replace us (or other External Coaches) as Coaches for your managers and leaders. We provide all levels of Internal Executive Coach training from Presentation Skills Coaching to Coaching Protocols on 360 Feedback, Development Action Planning, Six Month Internal Coaching and Supervision of your Internal Coaches.
  4. Last, and most importantly, we combine External/Internal Initiatives to coach your top Executive Team Leaders and train your Internal Leadership Development Staff to coach managers below the Executive Team Level.
